Account Manager (Self Service Solutions)

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for account planning and opportunity planning for maintaining and growing current accounts within an assigned account rider. The main focus is to developed profitable sales of Self Service solutions including hardware / software, professional services and managed services
The main performance metrics are to manage and develop the growing file value and serving as the principal account manager in ensuring the highest level of customer service and support to NCR major accounts. In addition, managing customer relationships to ensure all customer requirements are identified and met and hence drive volume and growth into the user accounts. This role requires strong relationship management, sales support and account development and management skills in order to achieve high level of customer delight and maximizing revenue and profitability within assigned accounts.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Understanding the diverse industries and articulating the business value of NCR's self service solutions to business users
* Sales coverage that include gaming, airlines and hotel solutions
* Capturing and updating opportunities for the sales funnel
* Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction
* Matching customer business objectives with NCR's self service solutions that deliver value to the customer
* Qualifying NCR as a superior self service solution provider
* Conducting opportunity risk assessments and forecasting
* Developing account plans, customer opportunity plans and presenting high quality, professional presentation and proposal materials
* Coordinating resources to ensure all activities of pre-sales, installation, services and follow-up are completed on time and with superior quality.
* Grow potential within assigned accounts through effective customer relationship management
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce
* At least 3 - 5 years of proven sales account management experience
* Experience in selling solutions – infrastructure & applications will be a plus
* Proven sales success in attaining quota objectives
* Proven success in managing large account relationships
* Financial industry knowledge is preferred
* Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers.
* Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
* A team player and able to work in a virtual environment
* Possess high sense of urgency and meticulous
